2. Buy a home. We'll walk you through the entire offer / negotiation process and will help you get the best possible deal. You will have an ABR certified(Accredited Buyer's Representative) Realtor working with you to ensure your interests come first.

3. Get the cash. We limit our commission to 2.5% of the first $100,000 plus 1.5% of the balance of the sale price. In almost all cases that is $1000 less than is being offered to us by the sellers. That $1000 goes directly to you!

Plus, if sellers are offering bonus commissions to help sell their homes, all that cash goes to you, not us! This can often be $5000 or more!

Your money is paid out when the listing brokerage pays the commissions, typically that is about a week after possession day.
