Real Estate our professional service and dedication to
our customer's best interest has earned us an outstanding
reputation amongst our customers and peers. We could
easily justify a total Real Estate commission charge of
"7% + 3%" as many other Calgary Realtors do, but we don't. Nor do
we scale back our services due to our low commissions. All
our clients receive full professional representation, full
service and a full marketing plan which includes
multi-photo listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
and Internet for a low listing commission of only
One percent of the
selling price up to a maximum of $10,000.
This low One
percent listing commission covers all our advertising, MLS
and Internet listings, Open Houses, marketing and personal
showings of your property. Also included is our top notch
service and support. Our highly trained Realtors will bend
over backwards to sell your home for top dollar and help
guide you through the entire process. Plus, our fees
are only payable when when we sell your home. If we don't
sell it, you don't pay a cent.
This is important! When listing your home on the MLS
you should offer
a "Selling Commission" of 3.5% of the first $100,000 of
the selling price plus 1.5% of the balance of the selling
price as compensation to the MLS Realtor who represents
the buyer. This will ensure all MLS Realtors will not
hesitate to bring their buyers to your property.

No Commissions for
Buyers
All of our services are free of charge to buyers as our
compensation comes from the sellers of the home you buy.
Best of all, as members of the Calgary Real Estate
Board, we have access to the Multiple Listing Service
(MLS) and therefore have access to every single home
listed for sale whether it is listed through our company
or not. Plus, we have access to all the sold data and
property histories as well, so we can tell you if a
particular home is over priced or not and whether it was
listed for sale previously.
You will enjoy the personal service and support of a
professional, highly trained Realtor who will work
entirely in your best interest and find you your
ideal home at the lowest possible price. In addition, we
will guide you through the entire purchasing process, from
finding and showing you candidate homes, to walking
through the home with you the day you move in, plus
everything in between.
Full Service for
Everyone
We are not a "do it yourself" listing service. Our
Realtors provide full Real Estate services and support.
Everything from providing sellers with free home
evaluations and conducting Open Houses, to providing
buyers with daily new listing reports and previewing
candidate homes for the extra busy buyer. If a survey
report is required, we'll arrange it for you. We'll even
sit at City Hall for you to get them approved. If your
listing is a vacant property, we can even arrange for your
sidewalks to be shoveled or grass to be mowed. When we
say "Full Service", we mean it.
To ensure your Real Estate transaction is a smooth one,
each of our Realtors maintains ongoing accredited
continuing education that exceeds the levels
prescribed by the Calgary Real Estate Board and the
Real Estate Counsel of Alberta.
We'll guide you through and clearly explain each aspect
of your Real Estate transaction and answer any questions
you may have along the way. We'll also protect your
negotiation position at all times, and disclose all known
facts which may influence your decisions. We know it's in
our best interest to look after your best
interests, and that's just what we do each and every day.
Examples
Use the tables below to determine how much money you
can save with our One
percent listing commission compared to a company that charges "7%
/ 3%" commissions*. Offering a selling commission
of 3.5% / 1.5% is important. The vast majority of
competitive properties will be offering this as well and
by offering the same you don't have to worry about
