Our focus at Alpha One Real Estate is to provide our clients with the best possible representation at a fair price. Our commissions are lower than what many other companies charge, but so are our brokerage fees. We believe that it is easier to get business that way and more conducive to obtaining referrals (the key to success). 

By offering a lower commission you may not make as much money per transaction, but it's likely you'll have many more transactions.  By completing more Real Estate transactions than the average Realtor you will also be more confident in your presentations and instill that confidence in others, again resulting in more business.

Further, happy clients will tell their friends about the great Realtor who saved them a bundle. And because of the increased volume of transactions, it's also an increased amount of referrals. This is a fast way to generate a solid client base.

We have standardized Realtor marketing materials, cards, signs etc.. which can be customized with your details and are proven to generate leads.  This gives you more time to focus on the priorities, your clients.
